Aside from a big fan of soup, I’m a law student, writer, and a former Arts & Entertainment journalist. While my professional background has been primarily in entertainment, I have written on the finer arts as well.
I have also written fiction and poetry, but that is neither here nor there. Well, it’s not here on this blog, anyway.
At my day job, I write copy. At night, I stalk the streets of Gotham.
Here at Media Consommé, I review books, movies, and TV–things that move me, things that make me laugh, things that make me cry.
Also, things that I happen to catch on HBO when there’s nothing else to do on Sunday afternoon.
I love yoga, can’t follow recipes, and am always on the hunt for a good pair of rainboots. My personal heaven includes a never-ending supply of gel ink pens and hair ties. I have an ever-so-useful degree in English, and I hail from the lovely rolling traffic waves of Los Angeles.
You just never can tell with bees.
Nice to stumble your way, look about — thanks for dropping by Above the Line. I share a similar degree or two, I hear you from the cooler, sometimes rolling to a stop cars and trucks in Bay Area breezes — cheers
